Exhibition journal “Messe Special”

120.000 copies of the exhibition journal are printed and distributed via direct mailing and as supplements in trade magazines. The exhibition journal contains HR news and trends, articles, the list of exhibitors, hall plans as well as a short version of the programme at the practical forums. On every exhibition journal there is an access code, which allows visitors of Swiss Professional Learning to attend the exhibition at a reduced price.

Invitation Tickets

Both the virtual and the printed tickets also serve as invitation tickets. They can be used for inviting customers to your stand.
They entitle the ticket holder to one free entry to the exhibition.
Please note that the tickets allow the holder to register online in order to reduce the waiting time for your customers considerably.

Special-Price Ticket

The virtual and printed special-price tickets entitle your customers to the visit of the exhibition at a reduced price of CHF 30 - instead of the regular price of CHF 50. You can get an unlimited number of special-price tickets, for example for your direct mailing (while stocks last).

Your logo on the e-tickets

After the pre-registration every visitor will receive via e-mail an e-ticket in form of an pdf-document. At the Swiss Professional Learning, the pdf will be turned into a personalized visitor’s pass. Your logo (with a reference to your exhibition stand number) on that E-ticket will guarantee you maximum awareness.

Exhibition Catalogue

2.500 copies of the exhibition catalogue are printed and handed out for free to all visitors of Swiss Professional Learning at the entrance to the exhibition. It contains a short overview of the seminars, the list of exhibitors in alphabetical order, the index directory and the hall plans. Even long after the exhibition it is the most important source of information in print. Being a concise and reliable tool for research it serves as a reference book to many decision makers all year round. The exhibition catalogue helps you find the right partner for any task – quick and easy. The exhibition catalogue is published on the first day of the exhibition.
